Flower Honey is a multifloral honey harvested from a rich variety of wild flowers and aromatic plants. In spring, it is collected in the coastal regions of southern Greece from the blossoms of sage, wild clover, thistles, and numerous Mediterranean herbs and shrubs. During the summer months, it may also be harvested in mountainous areas of mainland Greece, where bees forage on wild clover, Christ’s thorn (Paliurus spina-christi), thistles, and a wide diversity of wildflowers, herbs, and native shrubs.
