Our bee colonies are first placed in semi-mountainous heather habitats at elevations of 500\u2013800 meters, where they begin collecting nectar from the autumn-blooming heather. Due to the short duration of this flowering period, the honey is not harvested at this stage. The hives are then transferred to the fir forests of Achaia at elevations above 800 meters, where the bees complete the production of this rare honey.
